Alpha status

MARS3077 is an unfinished alpha. Availability, capacity, game state, balance, content, and features may change, reset, stop, or contain errors. Roadmap items and vision statements are not delivery guarantees.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass admission limits, automate abusive traffic, access another person’s queue ticket, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the service to harm other people or systems.

Your access

Alpha access is limited and may be refused, paused, or ended to protect the project, other players, infrastructure, or legal obligations. A queue position is not a purchase or reservation.

Intellectual property

The MARS3077 name, world, software, art, audio, and site materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access does not grant ownership or redistribution rights.

Voluntary support

Support is voluntary. It does not represent an investment, ownership interest, token purchase, or guarantee of a specific feature or release date.

Risk and changes

Use the alpha at your own discretion. These terms may be revised as the project and its services develop; the revision date will appear on this page.
